I have experimented with several setups on the tank bracing and have found that the setup below works well. I have found no repeatable difference in vibration levels between full tanks and empty with this setup.
I did measure a difference in vibration levels between full and empty when the right tank was tied to the support of the left tank using rubber isolators.
