Brief Description: Finish up tail and work on instrument pod
Got a lot done today. The vertical stab is done and waiting on a trip to the powder coater.
Got new bolts for the flex coupling and applied the proper torque this time.
I have been trying to figure out what to do with my Zaon XRX metal detector and GPS antenna. I decided the top of the instrument pod was the place. The problem is that it not close to level sitting still much less in forward flight. It is nut plated to the top of the pod. The GPS antenna will sit behind it and all cords will go straight down and not be seen.
