Had to remake the closing panel for the passenger collective, it did not fit as well as I liked.
Cut out and fit the "headboard". It was hard to tell how well it fits without the bubble in place. I just cut it to the supplied template. I think it will be OK. More nut plates to install.
Had to completly unbolt the control system in order to install the pilot side collective closing panel. Theoretically it will be removeable, but the control system will need to be unbolted.
Started reinstalling the exterior sheet metal.
Spent a lot of time trying to get holes to line up when multiple panels are attached by the same nut plate.
I can see why people upholster their ships, it hides a lot of poor metal work.
