Brief Description:  Seat Back and Seats

There is no template for the seat back on the big sheet. Made one out of poster board. Ran it from just under the lower mounting tabs to even with the top of the side panels. I am out of nut plates so it is clecoed in place. The factory supplies 50 nut plates you will need 100 by the time you build the console.

Also made the seat pans from poster board. I made then just wide enough to sit on the frame. I was afraid any wider and they would interfere with the collectives. I have about 1" of overhang on the front, again I hope this is OK.

Steve Dunne came by and gave me a hand. The 0.060 aluminum is too think to break with my machine. Fortunately the local airport has a big break and shear that is available all the time. It made short work of the shearing and bending.

Note that when bending the seat pans the angle is less than 90 degrees. I wish I had made a template and taken it to the airport with me. I guessed 90 degrees and had to straighten the set pans when I got home.
