Nut plates by hand are a pain. Learning a lot about bucking rivets in tight places. I have been able to buck all but one. I had to make a couple of bucking bars, and if I had been more motivated I probably could have made one to buck the lone pulled rivet. It is under the floor so no one but me will know about it. Now I guess you will also.
