Brief Description:  Fues Ekofill, wing start fabric

Two days, one day off.

Put on the second brush coat of Ekofil on the fues. Came out looking good, at least I think. Having done three metal airplanes, this fibric stuff is still new and very different. The interior of the fues showes the tapes on the outside because of the glue used to put them on the outside. Will have to do some Ekkofil on the inside before painting the small areas that are visable. Still need to touch up a few places where the pinks lifted and a couple of small wrinkles that didn't show until the fil went on.

Went to the wing. Prepared for covering, cleaning and Schocthbrite over the metal and putting all the anti-chaf tape. Put on the fabric and cut to length. Aligned the fabric with the front at the right overhang to get the glue joint specified. Clamped it down and did the same to the trailing edge and cut off the surplus. Cutoff goes on the ailerons and flaps, but it is close to the width needed. The bottom fabric cutoff will be about 3" widerbecause of the different overlap required.
