Made another forming block and formed the left side bend. Came out right with no issues. Put it on. Some of the tabs required up to four washers when relating to the width of the firewall. Suspect the three piece firewall is slightly larger than the old single piece. No matter.
Did some work on the instrument panel frame and drilled the two locating holes. Got ready to bend the tabs on it and the firewall.
