Brief Description:  Seats

Started building the seats. Text instructions say this will give the best allignment of the part on the bottom of the frame if the seats are built. Discovered that the bearings that ride on the rail do not fit as shown in the plans. Two bearings and three thin 1/4" washers are .033 wider than the tube which sets the width of the assembly. One thin washer happens to be .033" so I just deleted the middle washer. Now the two bearing outer races touch which does not imapir their operation.

Completed assembly of the two seat frames except for the rear cross tube, the upper pans and the headrest.

Looked at some previous logs and discovered that the lack of a spell checker is readily apparent. Typing logs after a days work with the speed that I type makes for some interesting reading. Wish Kitlog had a spell checkker. My RV-10 log is full of typos and this one will be also.
