Brief Description: Plenum finish, seats, seat rail support
Sanded plenum and put on another batch of micro. This should be it, ready to prime and paint. It is getting very cold the next few days and I may not be able to paint the baffles and plenum, so working on other things
Bolted left side outboard mid rail support on. Got 3 of 4 bolts, this is the worst I have faced on the -10. Put in seat rails and flap cover. Removed seat stop from seat. Mounted the aftermarket seat release on the seat.
Put seat in, as promised it interfered with the flap cover so I removed the seat and trimmed 3/8" off the front of the teflon seat slides that are part of the seat. That lets the seat start onto the rails 3/8" further forward and it misses the flap support. Drilled 1/4" thru the seat stop bolts and will add nutplates to the seat cover so by removing two bolts I can slide the seat off. Much easier than the standard method which requires removing the seat latch to slide the seat off.
