Sanded seal area down to 1/4", + 0, - 1/16. Also shaped some of the area around the seal. Most of the cabin top seems to be filler,
Mixed four batches of micro and fill what is left of the gutter up to flush with the edge of the seal and put a thin coat over the inside surface to bring it to the full plus a little thickness.
Now I can sand it back by hand to the final thickness since the micro is easier to sand by hand than the fiberglass filler. All work up to now was power tools, this will be hand. Will need at least one more filling session, but hopefully the end is near.
