Sanded downthe buildup on the gutter for the seal. Added another layer of 4 all around, on the left and one on the right. Now there is enough material to give a 1/4" seal mount all around the door.
Will install the cabin top and final trim the gap for the seal to 1/4". It is almost there except att the top where taking it that far would have removed the material needed to do the layups on.
