Continued to fit door to fues. Got it about right, at least it seemed so. Added another support to the top of the door to hold it more stable while sanding. Sliding a piece of sandpaper, folded in half between the door and cabin top works well for final touchup. .
Mounted hinges on the cabin top and then drilled them into the door. After bolting it down and moving it up and down, checked fit. Once again not much fit right. Appeared that the door sagged some, most likely the play in the hinges was part of it. Added a .063 shim to the rear and an .020 to the front to get the door back to level with the cabin top up top. Returned to trimming bottom of door where it now was too low.
Finally it fit all around with at least one layer of sandpaper clearance all around. Good enough for now. After installing the door operating hardware it will be time to make a final trim and possibly some filling around the door.
