Brief Description: Door strut reinforcement, door latch, wingtip
It is amazing. The package from Vans, the one that they said would be mailed Friday was in the mailbox at 0900 this morning. Less than 24 hour delivery. Thanks to Vans for getting it out quickly, and the USPS.
Mounted the strut reinforcements. Cut the second Plane around door latch. Prepped both doors for the latch reinforcements.
Mixed some epoxy/flox and glued all the reinforcements to the doors. Could be ready to closeout the first door tomorrow.
While the glue set, I moved the wings back out and trimmed the replacemnt wingtip. Drilled mounting holes, trimmed end to length and aileron clearance. Took about 1/4 the time of the first one.
