Worked on wingtip, installed rib and sanded edges. Cut out light lens, trimmed, trimmed, and did it again until it fit. Drilled attachment holes and put wingtip back on wing and put wings away.
Put rivets in strut reinforcement. Sanded the door joints for the glue job. Sanded off all the goobers and high points before doing the assembly, but waited until now to do the preglue sanding.
Prepared 80 clecos for use in the door by putting on some Vaseline on the ends. Cut fiberglass into correct sizes. Had to switch the epoxy pump hardener from the fast to regular, so I mixed a test batch to verify it works, it did. Took about 1 hour in the current shop temperature to get where it could not be easily used. Guess I can do the work on my own tomorrow.
