Finished trimming the wingtip where it fits to the wing and a rough trim where it fits to the aileron. Put in place and drilled holes for nutplates.
Photo 1 shows how much the tip is too long and photo 2 shows how far out of line with the aileron when in the -5 degree position.
Split the aileron at the end to save as much material as possible and then down the length about 18". Had to remove some material to let the pieces move to their new position and cut some relief slots. Attached a board to the trailing edge of the aileron to clamp the wingtip to a new position. Ran out of time to glue it up.
