Cut notch in the wing stand root support where the aileron system goes thru the main spar. Installed both the left and right cranks. Built a telltale to locate neutral on the forward crank. Installed the pushrods and adjusted to neutral and tightened down the jam nuts.
Marked location of the aileron trim arm and removed left pushrod to install spring clips on the pushrod.
Put on aileron and installed pushrod. Instant glued on all the misc. washers that are impossible to insert if loose. Put on wing and connected to pushrod. Put on flap to check if it was in neutral, was dead on! You get lucky sometimes. Put aileron on other wing.
