Made templates for the glass to add to the upper and lower gear leg fairings.
Put masking tape around the outside edge of the fairings to keep resin off them. Laid up to layers of glass between wax paper, used #77 spray adhesive to hold the templates on the wax paper and cut out the glass. Brushed the fairings with a light coat of resin and applied the glass. Worked well. Put the fairings in place and used duct tape to hold them in position and shape while the resin cures. On the lower fairings I had to use clecos to bend the fairings to the correct shape, they were too stiff to just use tape.
Did all four interseciton fairings. Interesting to see how they retain their new shape after the resin cures tomorrow.
