Brief Description: Uncover windows, door seal, Zolatone touch up
Mixed up some fresh Zolatone and used the touch up gun to do the parts in the fues where the cabin top fill was placed at the rear and front. Also touched up some areas on the doors where I sanded it off when doing the third or forth door fit.
Installed the GPS and the McMaster Carr door seals and the doors. The left door is a little hard to close, but should get easier as the seal adapts. The right door is just slightly easier.
Pealed all the paper/plastic/tape/etc from the windows. The edge looks fairly good except for a couple of places where the edging tape pulled the paint up. I also have three areas where the sander got to the plexi. The worst one is on the left door, you can see it in picture 2. The plexi was protected with tape, so the rub was thru the tape. Not deep, took out all the damage with #400 paper. Then 600, 1200, 2400 and polish. Have done this before. Still more to do.
