Sanded down the fiberglass around the cabin top. Then checked door fit and it had changed plus the glass put in to cover the fues/cabin joint changes the clearance.
Worked on the left door for about two hours to get it back to where it needed to be. Then went to other side, and, as usual, it took about half the time.
Next is filling around the cabin/doors where the fit is not great, looks like about 1/16 to 1/8 of fill will do it.
