My kingdom for the right screw!
Started to assemble left door. Got it done, but I needed some AN509 structural screws of a different size than available. I had a drawer full of 509's from previous projects, but still was short a fair number. Put together an ACS order, 10 of each size in the range I was working and 20 of those that I know I need. Will have to take the mechanism apart again to put in the right screws and also to paint the door handle. Other door will have to wait.
Got the Proseal from Vans for the rear skin, but realized I needed two plugs for the OAT wires that are too long. Ordered them from Digikey (less than $6, the bulk order size of the pins was 12,000, I ordered 20.)
Decided to go forward, so I got the windshield off the top of the storage room. Needed some help, it is heavy. Will do the front end while waiting for parts. Sikaflex is on order for this glue job.
