Brief Description: Cabin cover off, on, drill holes
Canopy cover went on and off one more time. The side skins reliefs were not quite enough when the rear was pushed up. Took off and enlarged to the line drawn when on the fues. Used the Fein to just raise the relief about 1/16 or so.
Put back on, everything fit. Made four sticks to push up the cover in the rear to the top skin. One had come out when the picture was taken. These held the cabin cover very tightly to the top skin. Drilled out, holes on about 5/8" centers. Drilled sides out, cleaning out drilll debris almost every hole. Drilled out the 3/16 bolt holes on the rear door opening.
Sent in an order for the finish kit yesterday. Vans said that the wait time was 8 weeks.
