Built temporary floors for the passenger, pilot area, and removable seats and center covers. Taped in with duct tape. Used the tail kit box top.
Installed brake lines. Screws to hold in place were difficult so replaced them with steel allen heads. Used them in the RV-6A, but instead of stripping phillip heads I broke the screws off in the nutplates, a much worse problem. These were carefully torqued.
Installed fuel valve with temporary nuts and did steps to check the the number of spacer washers to make the detent work. Was Ok as shown on the plans, so put in lock nuts. Installed the first of the fuel lines between tank and valve.
