Completed debur, edge and dimple baggage door. Riveted together adding sound insulation before putting on the back. Put in fues. and lined up using 1/16" plywood shims to space it right.
Drilling the first two holes in the hinge was interesting. Completed drilling hinge and riveted to the hinge former. Started riveting former to fues. Top rivet was very interesting. Spent about 15 minutes trying to get a bucking bar on it. Put in a pop. Should have done it a lot quicker.
