No photo, looks like yesterday. Completed drilling the #40 holes. Marked the trim lines, removed trimmed and sanded. Put back on and drilled #27 holes for screws. Countersank for the screws. Removed and then drilled the mounting holes for the 38 nutplates. Deburred all the holes with push/pull deburrers and then countersank for nutplate rivets.
Discovered I was short about 18 6/32 nutplates so made a raid on the neighbor's RV-12. Second time this week, I must have be shorted nutplates or something. Ready to rivet, repaired my hand rivet squeezer so it now works smoothly, I wore out the pivot in just two RV aircraft.
