Pulled trim cables thru stab into elevators. Assembled rodends and plates. Travel was well short of required 35 degrees. Adjusted rodends as short as possible, still short. Adjusted cable in elevator and got almost enough. Removed trim system and adjusted at bellcrank to shorten more. Will be Ok when final assembled.
Deburred everything, cleaned chips etc. out of tailcone and everything else. Moved parts next to the quick build wings. Will start loading tailcone kitbox with all the parts forthe slo build fues. tomorrow.
Vans shoud enlarge the bushings in the stabs by 1/8". The cables just barely slide thru the bushings. Life would be better with slightly bigger bushings.
