Brief Description: Wing mount, fues stuff.

Starting on the wing mount section. Removed the spacers from between the spars. Fluted and clecoed the four gap plate support angles to the fues. Installed 18 nutplates on the bottom skin. Filed an angle on the spar stubs to clear the tank skins.
