Covered outside of plenum with drywall compound to fill the pinhole and weave. After it dried, sanded almost all of it off. Mixed 1.5 oz of epoxy primer and put it on the surface with a rubber squeegee. No photo, it is in the drying room. Finally warmed up and I can now start on painting the baffles.
