Brief Description:  Exhaust, cabin heat, fuel lines and spinner

Checked both exhaust pipes with the bottom cowl on. Adjusted both to get clearances right and put in final locknuts and clamps on sway bars.

Cut and installed the heat muff to cabin air valves on both sides. Cut and installed the Aintsplat Aero oil seperator drain to the valve on the exhaust.

On the left side the fuel line from the pump to injector interfered with the air supply to the cabin muff. The fuel line as supplied by Vans is too long by about 1.5". Looked for a way to solve the issue and ended up by rotating the fitting into the fuel pump about 10 degrees CCW which effectively shortened the line. Also rotated the fitting on the injector slightly upward and now that line has a nice curve in it that effectively shortens it. The line to the fuel pressure sended now did not fit and interfered with the spark plug leads. I rotated the fitting in the gage block as far as it would go and changed the fuel pump fitting from a 45 to a 90. With a new routing the hose now misses everything.

Made a poor mans prop paddle to be able to put the prop in high pitch. With it held by a strap, trimmed the spinner and fillers to fit at high pitch. Did some minor trims at low pitch and now it is all good.
