Marked a line 3" back from the edge of cowl position. Put the top cowl on andgot it properly positioned. Marked a trim line and trimmed the center 30". Messed up in the setting of the gage and overtrimmed it by 1/4". Damn.
Marked the rest correctly and trimmed it. Used the part trimmed out to make a backup for fiberglass. Used bondo to glue it to the back side of the cowl top after tapering the top for the replacement glass. Used three layers of 1" wide tape to build back the overcut area. Will be ready to trim and sand tomorow.
