Brief Description: Detail out battery area, put on rear skin for rive
Dimpled 1/8" rivet holes in rear skin. Put skin on to verify that all the dimples/countersinks etc. fit together properly. Removed skin.
Made up and installed 2" air lines to the Aerosport overhead. Ran wires from the overhead lights to the fuse at the battery. Checked over everything in the area while access is easy. Installed the 4 bolts that hold the battery box down and the battery restraint. Vacuumed up the area. Installed six pillows to provide a place for the rivet bucker.
Mixed 1 oz batch of black death and put a 1/16" bead along the back of the cabin top. Put on the top rear skin for the last time and clecoed it down. Installed all the 1/8" pop rivets on the skin/cabin top joint. Marked the rivet sizes on the top skin. Ready to rivet.
