Brief Description: Seal area shaped, overhead console
Sanded the McMaster seal seat to .25" all around the doors. Both power and hand sanding got it to within about .010. Had to do some filling on the edge where the fiberglass laminations to increase thickness were slightly away from the cabin top. Marked in blue tape on the photo. I think this part is almost done.
Started on the overhead console. Drill out for Stein vents. Will put 3 LED lights and switches in the console, one in baggage, passanger and pilots area. Most likely will power directly from the battery so you don't need the master on to use them. Will fuse it locally.
Decided the second (first?) radio will be a PAR100EX, combination of intercom, audio panel and radio. Great thing.
