Brief Description: Left aileron actuation, wires and tubes
Put together left aileron actuation. This was a mess. The right just screwed together. This one the aileron pushrod interfered with the aileron bracket. Took several trials to figure out the the outside edge of the bracket on the aileron was bent slightly and the outside was not flush with the edge of the aileron.
Bent it to where it should be solved most of the problem. Replacing the normal 3/16 washer with a thin moved it over enough to provide acceptable clearance. Had to make a new bushing, slightly longer. Then it took three more tries to adjust the pushrod length.
Put on both flaps with their required hardware except no cotter pins. All the aileron hinges and pushrods have their final hardware except for locknuts.
Pulled the AOA and PITOT plastic tubes in from the wing root. Pulled strings into all the other wire runs in the wings, the aileron autopilot servo, aileron trim and run to the tips for strobes and lights.
