Brief Description:  Rivet, insulation, fire proofing, floorboards.

99% complete on the side skin rivets. Need to do the rear bottom to complete. Looks good without all the clecos.

Completed both rear door vents.

Completed fire proofing the firewall/skin joint. Using Flamemaster CS 1900 firewall sealant as a filet on the joint between the stainless and skin. The stuff is like chewing gumt when mixed and is very hard to get a neat spread. Found that using my finger as a former does it. Sets up in about 10 minutes so you have to work fast.

Completed in insulation under the front floor boards. Should keep it quieter.

Installed the floor boards and loaded the pop rivets. My 25 year old pneumatic pop rivet gun took a major dump and spilled its hydraulic guts all over the hanger floor when I tested it. Off to Harbor Freight to get a cheap one that may last the project.
