Deburred the F1006 frame and clecoed it. Began the process of cutting the twelve J-channel stiffeners to the specified lengths. Oppsss! If you don't hold the stiffeners correctly upright in the band saw guide, it won't matter that the guide is set to 45 degrees! Check out the pics that were taken of the correct way and the incorrect way to cut these. Of course, by the time I figured this out, I had to purchase 6 new 8' long stiffeners from Van's. $80 mistake!
