After the counterweight was torqued into place and the final rivets were set, the rudder was officially completed! Great feeling of accomplishment since the HS and the rudder were finished within weeks of each other (due to the rudder assembly being placed on hold, the HS started and completed, and then the rudder completed). Next...the elevators (deburring has already been completed on most parts!)
