In an effort to acheive straight trailing edges, I will follow the advice of Dan Benua, EAA tech counselor. The attached pics demonstrate how I drilled 1/8" thick aluminum angle using the drilled skin holes as my guide. The first angle is attached to the workbench and the right skin is laying on it flush. The right skin, trailing edge angle, left skin and another 1/8" aluminum angle then sandwiches it all together. The pics demonstrate a test run. Now that everything fits and works, I'll have to remove it all and add the tank sealer on the trailing edge.
