Brief Description: Back riveting rudder stiffeners
Today, the project returned to the rudder. The decision to avoid any structural modifications to the rudder was made (rudder trim will be handled with springs on the pedals) and thus, I returned to finish the rudder riveting. Stiffeners and shear clips were riveted and my first experience back riveting was had. I love back riveting! Efficient, fast, and nearly perfect everytime! The next steps involve joining the trailing edges and thus, detail will be required to acheive a straight and true edge.
