Due to an error in the amount of material cutoff of the cabin top door flange, I am now rebuilding the flange to accomodate the McMaster Carr door seal modification. The technique is to place already cured strips of thin fiberglass sheet to both sides of the existing flange. Once done, the channel created will be filled with a flox/resin mix.
