Brief Description: HS rear spar deburring

At 11 feet long, the horizontal stabilizer is significantly larger than the VS and rudder sections. 30 lightening holes and 11 feet of rear spar required a lot of deburring. The rear spar doubler was also deburred and clecoed to the rear spar.
