Brief Description:  Covering Rudder + Doodads

Gorgeous day today - likely hit 60-degrees. A treat to have the garage door open while working. Did initial, 250-degree shrink on rudder, plus 350-degree final shrink, applied extra fabric around high-stress areas and pinking tape over all seams. Trying to up my game on the covering, generally, and especially where the tape is concerned. Only thing left to do on the rudder is 350-degree shrink on the tapes. After that I will attack the elevator. Really need to get a larger iron before that point. With just the little Red Baron it'll take forever...

In the margins, during drying intervals I continued on the engine mount, including with some extra hardware purchased through Wicks. Also swapped-in proper sized AN6 harware for tailwheel.

A great ay during which I was thrilled to have the project to work on.
