Ken Hetge, A&P, and EAA technical councilor, conducted a progress inspection on the main spar and rib assemblies prior to closing the wings. He found three things that needed to be corrected:
1) Bolt was reversed on bell crank and needed to be changed. (I was impressed with how quickly his trained eye spotted this, I didn't notice that I installed a vertical bold "upside down"!)
2) Needed to better dress a rivet hole that penatrated a rib root angle piece.
Both items corrected to his satisfaction and wing was closed.
Ken provided positive comments to quality of workmanship.
Fixed all items on 6/7/2014 and time was recorded here. No entry is made for 6/7/2014
