Made the 9 inch dia X 3/4 thick plywood ring as/ per the Homebuilt Help DVD. Attached the plywood ring to the lower cowl with two wood screws. Held the front of cowl in place with two prop bolt bushings through the prop flange and into the plywood ring. Clamped the rear of cowl in line with the longerons at top. Didn't look bad for the first fitting. Hung the oil recovery bottle on the engine mount and called it a day.
