Added the diagonal L angles to inside of H.T. section. The rear top panel came with the access hole to rudder horns already cut. Panel installed between top of H.T. bulkheads,and top longerons.Then L angles were placed on either side of cut out to add strength.Finally added the upper rudder bearing tab.
