Brief Description: Lower rudder hinge.

Back drilled top and bottom pieces of rudder hinge. Trimed both shims that fit between the longerons clecoed the stack together with angle 6B1-6 for the H T. Drilled the 5/16 hole for the tie down ring ,but I can't it now. I know its here somewhere.
