Brief Description: Skin and HS405 & HS404 Assembly.
HS404 & HS405 slipped into the skin. Unbelievable how well they fit and line up, nice one Van's. Holes marked on the flanges using the pre-drilled skin as reference, ribs removed and fluted etc.
Ribs refitted and drilled and remaining HS601PP skin holes drilled and clecoed. Even though I say so myself, it looks superb and resembles a part of an aircraft!!
Starting on the right hand side tomorrow, then its disassmble the whole structure for dimpling and priming - tha't if Aircraft Spruce ever get round to dispatching the stuff, only been waiting a month!!
