We tried to get teh tach problem figured out...no such luck. I was able to determine there is good connectivity between the engine and the EIS. In the manuals now trying to sort this problem out.

Ron Van Beek came over and we were able to get teh overspray off the inside of the pilot's window

We put the rubber bumper on the side of the fuse as well

Shit! Tach problem solved-loose connection at the TCU, but while farting around with the motor, the kill switch doesn't work any more and in the process of trying to shut the motor down the BVM F-16 blew off the top of the fridge and landed on it's wing/stab/vertical. Ug, more repairs to be made
