Jim and I spent a long time simply staring at the inspection panels and ended up moving the three in a row inboard slightly. That set them up to be parallel to the rib tape that's right next to them.
We also cut all the doilies, to include the one the surrounds the aileron torque tube, the strut mounts, etc. We got them laid down nicely. Jim, once again was extremely helpful!
I also stayed out in the hangar much longer after Jim left and started working on the leading edge cuffs. The 'cut' lines on them are not the least straight, so I had to spend a lot of time straightening them up, and as it was, I only got one done.
