Brief Description: Fitting the wings for the first time
Charla helped me to fit the wings tonight. The purpose was to get them on there so I can make the struts, the pushrods, etc. The right wing went on fine. the left is fighting back a touch. The forward bracket went on well, but the aft bracket isn't real close; the slot and the bracket aren't together. I will take the wing off the front bracket and pin the aft bracket, then pivot the wing forward later. It was getting late and Char has an early morning.
The pictures are from a week later...after I got the struts made. The night we fit the wings I put them on top of the ladder and the toolbox.
Char stopped me at one point and got quite for a minute, then said "do you know how much fun I'm having?". I about lost it right there
