Continued to wire the cannon plugs. The Engine monitoring system works!! Well, the power comes on anyway. Slow process, but nice to be back
Borrowed Jack Merrel's snap-ring pliers and got the brakes working! GREAT feeling to have the brakes functional.
I'm now looking back on this almost four months later and I still marvel at how excited I am that I got the brakes working. In fact on the 6th of May I was rolling the airplane around actuating the brakes...why? ...because I can! I know it sounds gay, but it really feels good to have them working. Something I noticed is that the car brake fluid I used originally (clear) is mostly up around the stick grips and the lines look empty. Down near the gear where I started feeding in the hydraulic fluid it's clearly red. Someday I'll drain more of the clear out..not anytime soon though!
