Used the small diameter scotchbrite wheel on the die grinder to deburr most edges of the skin. Used double edge deburring tool, files, and sandpaper to finish edges not able to be reached by the grinder.
Cleco'd the stiffners in place per prints, marked and match drilled. deburred holes and dimpled the stiffners.
